Salary

As a Nurse Residency Program Professional, you can expect to earn a competitive salary of $36-40 per hour.

Job Description

As a Nurse Residency Program Professional, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in a home health care setting. This may include:

  • Assessing clients' needs and developing care plans to meet those needs
  • Providing direct care services, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current valid nursing license in the U.S.
  • Graduation from a qualified nursing program
  • CPR certification in good standing

You'll also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and to communicate effectively with clients and other healthcare professionals.
