Estimated Salary Range:$55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to understand and address their insurance needs.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on insurance market trends to provide clients with the best options.
- Quote Generation: Prepare and present tailored insurance quotes for each client's requirements.
- Policy Review: Evaluate clients' current policies to recommend improvements or necessary changes.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales objectives and targets set by the company.
Requirements
- Licensing: A valid Nebraska Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field is highly beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate client needs effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Strong aptitude for identifying and closing sales opportunities.
