Sales Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated sales consultant to join our team. This role offers a competitive $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary, plus commission pay structure, providing outstanding earning potential. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, paid holidays, vacation time, and a 401(k) opportunity.
Job Description
This challenging yet rewarding role involves cultivating new customers and developing relationships with existing ones within an assigned geographical territory. The successful candidate will be self-driven, organized, and hyper-focused with an extreme desire to succeed. They will have the ability to integrate various technologies into their day-to-day activities to effectively manage complex projects throughout the construction process from pre-sale to completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
- Aptitude to develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel to sell at or above established sales budgets
- Able to grow existing market share and be readily available during construction-related work hours
- Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project, including MBI personnel, hire and manage subcontractors, and navigate permitting requirements
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Displays excellent verbal and written communication along with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Must have proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
