At Enjet Aero, we are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our complex jet engine parts, components, and assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform final inspections, in-process inspections, and 1st article inspections to evaluate parts against print specifications.
- Understand and apply inspection methods to support the manufacturing process and personnel.
- Adhere to the Quality Policy and AS 9100 requirements.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager and Inspection Supervisor to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Strong comprehension of blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T).
- Ability to use inspection tools, such as micrometers, indicators, and comparators.
- Detailed and accurate in completing paperwork, including inspection reports.
- Ability to identify dimensional and visual defects.
- Knowledge of aerospace specifications and requirements, particularly Pratt and Whitney.
