Job Summary

Ross Stores is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Supervisor to join our team. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific area of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train store associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail management experience; experience in a supervisory role a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to drive results and improve store performance
