Macy's Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Protection Detective to join our team. As an Asset Protection Detective, you will play a critical role in protecting our company's assets and ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detect and Apprehend Shoplifters: Utilize your keen observational skills to identify and apprehend individuals who attempt to steal from our stores.
- Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of shoplifting, theft, and other criminal activity on company premises.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other Asset Protection Detectives, security personnel, and store employees to share intelligence and best practices.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain knowledge of changing laws, regulations, and security protocols to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
