About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at EMR Metal Recycling. This role will be responsible for providing guidance and support to management on human resource matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human resource principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be committed to ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and with respect.

The salary for this role is estimated to be in the range of $110,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to management on human resource matters
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Conduct investigations into workplace incidents and complaints
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, including experience as a manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
