Job Title: Plant Manager

At ADM, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our operations in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our plant, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop operational staff to achieve exceptional results
  • Ensure compliance with safety laws, regulations, and sound practices
  • Coordinate and participate in audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize yields, moistures, capacity, and product quality
  • Manage capital expenditures to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to hear and speak clearly, read, comprehend, and communicate orally and in writing
