- Leading By Example - Serve as a member of the plant management leadership team, holding the Plant Operations department accountable for adherence to plant direction. You'll show your commitment to positive results as you establish and ensure achievement of all unit Key Performance Indicators.
- Engaging in Business Planning - Participate in the business planning and budgeting process by developing short and long-term cost containment and reduction strategies. You'll oversee the execution of projects within your assigned area by monitoring project plans and status to ensure successful completion.
- Focusing on Continuous Improvement - Deploy and sustain lean training to help staff meet the demands and challenges of our thriving business. With your help, the plant will comply with all employee safety, food safety, and sanitation policies and regulations.
- Demonstrated operations and managerial experience in a manufacturing setting
- Your expertise of applying lean principles and engaging others will set us up for success
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the proven ability to manage complex situations
- Proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
