Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to residents, helping them achieve their goals and live independently.
  • Develop and maintain person-centered plans, ensuring the unique needs and preferences of each resident are met.
  • Administer medications, cook meals, and provide transportation as needed.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and laundry, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Collaborate with the care team to address challenging issues and provide support services to residents.
