Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our Healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including design development, construction documentation, and project administration.
  • Design Leadership: Provide design direction and guidance to project team members, ensuring that projects meet our high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and delivering projects that meet their goals and objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to grow our practice.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program and registered as a licensed architect.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of combined experience as a design professional and/or architect, with a strong background in project management and design leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit, as well as a firm grasp of building technology fundamentals.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent time management, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Education: Master's Degree of Architecture.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Newforma Project Center and/or Newforma Project Analyzer, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam PDF Revu.
  • Certifications: Additional relevant certifications indicating additional expertise, such as construction administration, interior design, LEED/Green Globes/sustainability, etc.
