Senior Project Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to join our team at HNTB. As a key member of our architectural practice, you will be responsible for leading the development of medium to large-sized projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present technical viewpoints on assigned projects, ensuring a consistent and effective solution.
  • Collaborate with project designers and managers to plan and implement work processes, developing and implementing internal controls for team members.
  • Monitor and supervise the development of contract documents, promoting the implementation and enforcement of BIM and design technology standards.
  • Coordinate with sub-consultants to ensure quality assurance and quality control checks, reviewing and supervising the work of less experienced architects.
  • Take on a team lead capacity in the absence of the manager, serving as a subject matter expert on architectural projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Registered Architect (RA) license.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and skills in computational design or other emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated technical ability and leadership skills, with patience and ability to mentor and develop others.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience collaborating within a team environment on large-scale, complex projects.
