Job Description

Tunnell Government Services, Inc. is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the medical device industry. We are seeking a highly experienced Nitrile Glove Subject Matter Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in the production of Class 1 medical devices, specifically nitrile gloves. They will have expertise in chemical compounding, shaping, treatment, leaching, and packaging to ensure gloves meet all Federal, State and Local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all production steps, operational management, and quality control in the production of nitrile gloves.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure uniform and consistent quality of nitrile gloves.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and manufacture nitrile gloves that meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 20 years of experience in nitrile glove production.
  • Advanced degree in biological sciences, chemistry, engineering, or related discipline.
  • Strong technical expertise in operations, quality control, and regulatory approval.
