We are seeking a skilled LPN Supervisor to join our team at Newhaven Court at Lindwood. As a LPN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while ensuring the smooth operation of our Wellness Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of LPNs to ensure high-quality resident care and departmental operations.
- Collaborate with the Resident Wellness Director to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state regulations regarding medication management and resident care.
- Provide physical and emotional support to residents, including administering medication, measuring vital signs, and documenting resident information.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident safety and well-being, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Participate in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to LPNs to support their growth and development.
- Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges, and ensure a smooth transition for residents and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of [state].
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting.
