Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate direct patient care within the scope of the Practical Nurse Act of Pennsylvania.
- Effectively communicate with the healthcare team and patients' families.
- Administer medications and injections, take vital signs, and perform basic diagnostic tests.
- Observe, evaluate, and report changes in patient symptoms, condition, and reactions to medications or treatments.
- Assist and support staff by responding to patient call lights, answering telephones, and transporting residents.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
