Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in contract management, including the creation, review, and oversight of contractual agreements for materials or labor suppliers.
- Address contract violations promptly and effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external contracting representatives.
- Formulate and execute efficient procurement proposals.
- Investigate regulations to ensure contracts are current and compliant with legal standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to contract terms and regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Familiarity with legislative and regulatory matters pertinent to the contracts being managed.
- Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Specialist or in a comparable position.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of procurement regulations, contract documentation, and legal specifications.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to address client grievances and issues effectively.
- Relevant training and/or certifications in Contract Management.

This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for eligibility.
