Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in contract management, including the creation, review, and oversight of contractual agreements for materials or labor suppliers.
  • Address contract violations promptly and effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external contracting representatives.
  • Formulate and execute efficient procurement proposals.
  • Investigate regulations to ensure contracts are current and compliant with legal standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to contract terms and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with legislative and regulatory matters pertinent to the contracts being managed.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Specialist or in a comparable position.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of procurement regulations, contract documentation, and legal specifications.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to address client grievances and issues effectively.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications in Contract Management.

Security Clearance Requirement:
This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for eligibility.
