Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up as needed to ensure their needs are met.
  • Insurance Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Focus: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Licensing: Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
  • Marketing Goals: Able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
