Position Overview:
R&D Partners is on the lookout for a Junior Scientific Researcher to join our innovative team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of specialized potency and biological characterization assays tailored for various program stages.
- Execute experiments following established protocols with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy in data review and analysis.
- Organize and communicate findings effectively, drawing appropriate conclusions and proposing subsequent steps.
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in research notebooks, including protocols, study designs, and results.
- Set up in vitro functional assays to evaluate T cell functionality.

Qualifications:
- B.S. in biological sciences, immunology, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an M.S. with at least 1 year of applicable experience in T cell biology.
- Direct experience in cell culture is essential.
- Preferred technical expertise in cell-based assay development.
- Familiarity with cGxP standards is advantageous.
- Ability to work within established protocols while identifying potential issues and suggesting effective solutions.

Compensation:
Salary range: $56,343 - $70,442 (dependent on experience)
