Role Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive Senior Practice Management Leader to assist our partner firms in modernizing their operational frameworks. This role is pivotal in establishing a scalable practice management system that aligns with our vision of excellence.
- Assessment: Evaluate existing operational metrics across partner firms to identify best practices.
- Planning: Design a comprehensive architecture for client management and billing processes, ensuring adaptability for future growth.
- Implementation: Leverage technology and share best practices to elevate partner firms to industry-leading standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with partner firms to facilitate smooth transitions and improvements in their operational processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a CPA firm with a focus on practice management systems.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles, engaging with leadership in small to mid-sized enterprises.
- Experience managing long-term projects, ensuring timely deliverables and accountability.
- Educational background in finance, economics, statistics, or a related analytical field.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong inclination towards proactive problem-solving and execution.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in analytical tools, including Excel, and experience in preparing presentations.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
