Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Prepare residents for meals, assist with feeding, and ensure proper nutrition intake.
  • Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and dignity.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Valid and current CNA certification in the state of Indiana.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
