As a Resident Care Associate at Trilogy Health Services, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Our team is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment that promotes dignity, respect, and compassion.

About the Role
The Resident Care Associate is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with established procedures and may be directed by supervisors. Key responsibilities include assisting with housekeeping and laundry services, meal service, answering resident call lights, and maintaining communication with Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse to report any resident changes in condition, concerns, and grievances.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a High School / GED education and 0-1 year of experience in a related field. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
