Safety Manager Aviation Program Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Program Safety Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our Aviation Construction project. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement effective safety programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with operational personnel, senior managers, and departmental heads to identify and mitigate hazards and risks.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Safety or related field.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in aviation safety or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, and 14 CFR Part 145 & 121 operations and environment.
