Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Field Engineer to oversee field activities and ensure the successful execution of construction projects, particularly in the aviation and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, and at least 0-5 years of experience on aviation or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight and coordination of daily construction activities between contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations on the job site.
  • Monitoring construction progress, ensuring compliance with engineering designs, schedules, and safety protocols.
  • Reporting project status, including schedule adherence, budget tracking, and any potential delays, to the project and construction managers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
  • Licensed Engineer (preferred by the California Board of Professional Engineers), or eligible for licensure.
  • Certifications such as AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, or any other relevant professional certifications are highly preferred.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $62,000 - $104,000 per year, depending on individual qualifications and experience.
