About the RoleThis Vice President position in Professional Recruitment will focus on executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract, source, and recruit exceptional talent. Reporting directly to the Head of Private Equity Investment Recruiting, you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle and represent Blackstone prominently.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute an innovative recruiting strategy to meet organizational talent needs.
- Proactively identify and assess highly qualified candidates for open positions.
- Identify top-tier investment talent through various sources and channels.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of Private Equity businesses and their specific talent requirements.
- Become a subject matter expert on market trends, industry activity, and best practices in recruitment.
- Provide valuable insights to enhance and streamline the recruitment process.
- Ensure seamless communication with internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns to address niche talent needs.
- Nurture relationships with search firms for market connectivity and access to top talent.
- Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to structure competitive offer packages.
- 8+ years' experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, preferably in investment-focused environments or staffing firms supporting financial services clients.
- Familiarity with private equity compensation structures and experience developing complex offer proposals.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effective sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in recruiting technology, including Boolean search logic and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional execution skills and proven track record of success in dynamic recruitment environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $200,000, with actual salary determined by factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
Additional compensation includes other forms of benefits and perks offered by Blackstone.
