About the Role

As our Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our apartment community, including:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the property
  • Helping residents lease their dream homes and completing tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with company procedures
  • Conducting unit inspections and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in property management, preferably with a focus on conventional apartment communities
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • The ability to make prompt decisions under pressure and identify areas for improvement
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations governing multi-family housing operations
