Key Responsibilities:- Implement various physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Engage with patients and their families to educate them on the use of therapeutic equipment and home exercise programs essential for recovery.
- Administer treatment plans that may include therapeutic exercises, hydrotherapy, gait training, and wound care.
- Document patient progress and responses to treatment in their medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Physical Therapy Assistant students and support staff in patient care activities.
- Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program is required.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
- Valid auto liability insurance as per company policy.
