Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Summary:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team. As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electro-mechanical units, printed circuit boards, and sub-assemblies. This is a fast-paced work environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble printed circuit boards: Insert components into printed circuit boards using specific work instructions and hand tools.
  • Install sub-assemblies and hardware: Install sub-assemblies and miscellaneous hardware into unit enclosures at a final assembly level.
  • Perform electrical function tests: Test printed circuit boards and final assemblies using test fixtures provided by electrical engineering.
  • Other duties: Perform other duties as required, such as packing and shipping.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift: Ability to lift up to 26 pounds.
  • Production experience: Minimum 4 months of production work experience.
  • Assembler experience: Assembler experience is a plus.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced work environment with tight quarters. Eye protection and protective shoes must be worn. A safe and healthy work environment is provided by Aerotek.
