Job Description

**Oversee Epic Software Training Programs**

As a key member of the Brooklyn Hospital Center team, you will be responsible for ensuring that healthcare professionals within the organization are properly trained to use Epic software effectively and efficiently. This includes developing and implementing training programs, providing technical support, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet training goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for Epic software
Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet training goals and objectives
Stay up-to-date with Epic software updates and best practices

**Requirements:**

Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in a relevant field of study
Master's Degree - HIGHLY PREFERRED
At least eight (8) years of EHR application development experience for a health provider, health plan or accountable care organization including: Epic clinical or financial decision support, medical economics, quality reporting, revenue cycle management, population health management or equivalent
At least five (5) years of experience leading analyst
Must have experience with Epic's application tools
Epic certifications in relevant modules (e.g., ASAP, Clinical Documentations, Wisdom Ambulatory, etc.) EPIC Healthy Planet Certificate - HIGHLY PREFERRED
