Compensation Range

$113,800.00-$156,500.00 Annually

The Manufacturing Plant Engineer position is pivotal in supervising maintenance and engineering operations within a production facility. Key responsibilities encompass budget management, ensuring equipment functionality, enhancing productivity, and upholding safety and environmental standards.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Maintenance department
  • Plan and manage maintenance schedules
  • Develop and report on Capital Expenditure Programs
  • Manage maintenance financials
  • Preserve Capital Assets
  • Monitor equipment performance
  • Promote productivity enhancements
  • Implement maintenance training initiatives
  • Administer energy management programs
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with Plant Leadership
  • Execute additional related tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • At least 6 years of experience in manufacturing project engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of Mechanical Systems
  • Familiarity with environmental and safety legislation
  • Experience with SAP software
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Excellent analytical and quality improvement skills
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds with minimal travel
  • Experience in team management
  • Work environment typical of a manufacturing facility
