Job Overview

We seek an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all food production, including conventions, banquet functions, and other programs. This role involves developing menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes that meet the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to food labeling and temperature controls.
  • Supervise staff and ensure compliance with sanitation standards.
  • Develop recipes and portion specifications based on consumer tastes, nutritional needs, product specifications, ease of preparation, and budgetary constraints.
  • Prepare presentation-ready dishes and plan special function menus.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues to management.
  • Hire and train kitchen staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in culinary leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food safety, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.
