Job Summary:

The Direct Care Staff will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise residents and provide individualized care and support to meet their unique needs.
  2. Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  3. Prepare meals and snacks, and ensure a clean and safe living environment.
