Job Summary

We are seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Lynchburg, Virginia. As a Thriveworks clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with a motivated patient population and enjoy a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • Independent license in Virginia (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
  • Ability to work a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
