Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Intervention
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Training and Guidance
- Provide training and guidance to school staff, including teachers and paraprofessionals, on BIP implementation.
