Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an RBT, you will work directly with clients delivering high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under the supervision of our experienced Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Your primary responsibility will be to implement evidence-based treatment plans, collect data, and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 Direct ABA Treatment: Implement individualized treatment plans to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors, and strengthen behavioral supports.
- Collaborate with Supervising BCBA and Team Members: Work closely with our team to ensure high-quality service delivery, share knowledge, and support each other in achieving treatment goals.
- Support Parent and Caregiver Training: Provide training and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing ABA strategies and techniques in their daily lives.
- Collect and Document Client Data: Accurately collect and document client data to monitor progress, inform treatment decisions, and enable the best possible outcomes.
- Communicate with Parents, Supervisors, and Team Members: Regularly communicate with parents, supervisors, and team members to share progress, address concerns, and inform treatment plans.
- Provide Services in Various Settings: Deliver services to clients in home, school, or other settings as agreed and necessary, with the possibility of driving between clients.

- Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Preferred, but not required.
- Experience Working with Children: At least 1-2 years of experience working with children, preferably in an ABA setting.
- Experience with ABA: At least 1 year of experience with Applied Behavioral Analysis, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Interdisciplinary Teamwork and Collaboration: Enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others to achieve treatment goals.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, parents, and team members.
