Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for providing professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in our Intensive Care Unit. You will also be responsible for the workflow of the unit, determining unit priorities, and ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Manage unit workflow, ensuring efficient distribution of resources and effective patient flow
  • Collaborate with the unit management team to determine unit priorities and develop strategies for improvement
  • Ensure adherence to standards and regulations, promoting a culture of safety and quality
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
