Overview:
The Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering holistic nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting, addressing their unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout their life stages.

Role Responsibilities:
This position plays a crucial role in care coordination by employing the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care and educational requirements through direct interactions and telehealth communications.

Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential to ensure quality patient care. The Ambulatory Care RN is expected to adhere to professional nursing standards and regulatory guidelines while supporting clinicians in providing exceptional healthcare services.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
- Must hold licensure in all states where care is provided
- Minimum of 18 months of professional nursing experience
