  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career development.
  • Union Relations: Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements, and maintain positive relationships with union representatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with human resources practices and policies.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform human resources decisions and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in human resources management, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in union relations.
  • Certifications: SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Location: Missoula, MT.
