About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Sodexo. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meats and vegetables using skill in frying, grilling, and sautéing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, season, and cook meats and vegetables using skill in frying, grilling, and sautéing.
  • Prepare, season, and cook starches, vegetables, and other side hot food items.
  • Perform food preparation work for cooking, including seasoning.
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe.
  • Deep fry, grill, and sauté food items to meet quality and presentation standards.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as a Grill Cook or in a related culinary role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
