About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and follow recipes and product instructions to ensure accurate preparation of food
  • Estimate food requirements to meet the needs of our clients
  • Operate a range of kitchen utensils to prepare and cook food, including weighing, measuring, mixing, washing, peeling, cutting, grinding, stirring, straining, seasoning, and kneading
  • Assist in the preparation of hot and cold foods, and properly store food to maintain quality and safety
