Job Summary

This role is part of our Memory Care team at Maple Hill Senior Living, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care and service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide medication administration and reminders as required.
  • Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in activity programming and socialize with residents to promote engagement and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA or HHA certification preferred.
  • Experience working with older adults and individuals with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Work Environment

This role requires moderate physical effort, including frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
