Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales and estimate preparation.

- Proficient in using computers and estimating software.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of five days per week.
- Strong appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, warmly greet customers, and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Assess customer concerns, create accurate work orders, and facilitate communication between customers and technicians.
- Identify necessary parts, prepare detailed estimates, present them to customers, and manage orders.
- Engage in training sessions as required.
- Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the store when necessary.
