Role Overview:
As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will deliver both direct and indirect patient care, applying the nursing process and adhering to established policies.


Your responsibilities will include overseeing patient care operations during the night shift, ensuring effective management of nursing and operational activities.


You will collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and departmental leadership to address operational challenges and interpret hospital policies, ensuring that patient care requirements are fulfilled.

Additional duties include assisting with recruitment, performance evaluations, and scheduling.

Qualifications:
An Associate's degree is mandatory, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Required License:
A valid Registered Nurse license in North Carolina (or a compact state) is essential.

Certifications:
American Heart Association BLS certification is required within 30 days of employment, and ACLS certification is necessary within 90 days of employment. Additional Requirements:
A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare environment is required, with preference given to candidates with one year of experience in a charge nurse or management role.
