Role Overview:

Merrill Wealth Management, a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products, seeks an experienced Wealth Relationship Manager. This role requires a skilled professional to develop and enhance existing client relationships, providing specialized support in areas such as business development, wealth planning, and investment management.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with Financial Advisors to promote growth and acquisition, engage portfolio managers and product specialists to coordinate sales and service activities, and contribute to the development and implementation of the team's client service model. Additionally, this role is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Financial Advisors in developing and enhancing client relationships
  2. Provide specialized support in business development, wealth planning, and investment management
  3. Assist with client meetings and discussions on investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments
  4. Work with the Financial Advisor team to develop and implement the client service model

Requirements:

  • Series 7, 63/65 or 66 or equivalent; obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s)
  • SAFE ACT Registration; ADV-2B Required
  • Maintain at least one firm-approved designation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Benefits:

This role offers an estimated annualized salary range of $60,000.00 - $100,000.00, benefits eligibility, paid time off, resources, and access to a formulaic incentive plan.
