Key Responsibilities:

The Mortgage Loan Consultant is an entry-level position that supports various operational channels. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth and effective processes that align with business and customer service goals.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Conducting routine data entry and validation tasks
  • Initiating third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit checks, etc.)
  • Reviewing and validating loan documentation
  • Managing routine inquiries via calls, emails, and chat
  • Monitoring work queues and intervening as necessary
  • Performing additional related tasks as assigned
  • Exhibiting behaviors that reflect the organization's desired culture and values

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Financial Services, particularly in the mortgage sector, is preferred
  • General understanding of relevant Federal, State, and Local regulations
