About the Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the development of next-generation credit programs, drive strategic credit program initiatives, and oversee a team of program and market research managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement credit programs that align with company goals, leveraging advanced analytics and technology.
  • Partner with operational departments to improve program offerings and drive business growth.
  • Oversee the development and execution of a detailed program strategy, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with senior-level executives to drive strategic credit program initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Lead and manage a team of program and market research managers, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in credit program development and management, with a strong background in credit rule creation and implementation.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning models, and technology usage for program management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in auto finance and credit risk policy management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
