Job Description

To drive the development of new competencies and solutions through the practice team, addressing complex business challenges and expanding client relationships to identify new opportunities for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide enterprise solutions and technical strategies for implementation and roadmaps that meet customer IT and business vision.
  • To lead and build well-defined capabilities that meet current business needs and future market demands based on HCL's business focus and growth plan.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Strong delivery and operational experience of 10 to 12 years.
    • Ability to manage a portfolio of 100 to 200 team members.
    • Good customer-facing and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of digital technologies and execution patterns.
    • Good understanding of distributed agile.
    • Experience working across broad verticals, preferably TMT-RCPG related.

Deliverables
  • To provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to practice teams and oversee complex consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • To build and maintain strong client relationships and interface with internal sales and delivery leaders to identify additional business opportunities.
  • To lead and mentor a diverse team of consultants, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and staying at the forefront of emerging trends.
  • To perform advanced analyses of business processes, market trends, and data, extracting actionable insights and employing cutting-edge analytical tools and methodologies to drive strategic decision-making.
