Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, screening, evaluating, and sharing results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team. They will also develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students, review goals and objectives, and make recommendations for appropriate care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and screen students to identify communication and learning needs
- Develop and implement IEPs for students, including goals and objectives
- Collaborate with parents and the school interdisciplinary team to share results and develop care plans
- Provide response to intervention for students with varying needs
- Establish a positive learning environment that promotes student growth and development
- Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
- Ohio SLP License
- American Heart Association BLS
- School experience is preferred but not required
- ASHA Certification
- Competitive hourly rate: $45 - $48.50 per hour
- Assignment bonus available: $3,000 (conditions apply)
