Overview

The Corporate Development Coordinator is an integral part of our team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. This includes deal sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, and assistance with integration.

This role requires a hybrid work environment, with both remote and onsite work at our administrative office in Campbell Hall, NY.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Leverage their sales expertise to develop new techniques and strategies, building a strong pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential business clients through targeted outreach and communication.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to transaction closure.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify proactive competitive strategies tailored to the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with finance to create business plans and proforma's for new opportunities.
  • Analyze post-acquisition results and provide weekly reporting on sales statistics.
  • Nurture business-to-business partnerships and collaborate with our marketing department.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Experience communicating directly with C-level executives.
  • A proven track record of success in sales, particularly with extended sales cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and labor market information.

Location

This role is based in Campbell Hall, NY, and offers a unique opportunity to integrate into local healthcare organizations and industry leaders.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission.
