We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in the beautiful city of Petaluma, California. As a skilled care specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals in need of occupational therapy services.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and at least 2 years of experience working with patients who require skilled care. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing interventions to help patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including exercises, activities, and education
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • At least 2 years of experience working with patients who require skilled care
  • CA License required
  • Proficient in computer skills, such as inputting data into programs like Casamba and Point Click Care
