Customer Experience Director

The Customer Experience Director will lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Managing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Scheduling and staffing to meet business demands.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $70,000 - $90,000.
