Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Managing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff supervision.
  • Scheduling and staffing to meet business demands.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary: $70,000 - $90,000.
